Your order will be processed the same day if placed before 3pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, will be despatched Monday.

To ensure timely delivery, please double-check and provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays in processing your order.

Delivery Time

You can anticipate receiving your parcel within 1-3 working days, excluding bank holidays. For customers in Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands, delivery may take additional days depending on your postcode region.

It's important to note that the terms "Tracked 24" and "Tracked 48" do not guarantee delivery within 24 or 48 hours; these are the names assigned by Royal Mail to their services. The estimated delivery time for both services is a two working days from dispatch.

Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur with courier services that are beyond our control. If you experience any issues, please reach out to us at support@99scents.com and we will do our best to help.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we have a 60-day return or exchange policy in place to ensure your peace of mind and confidence in our products. Please keep in mind that returns are only accepted for products which have had no more than 2 sprays to test. Returns must be received within 60 days of the order purchase date.

Order Tracking

Keep track of your order's progress by referring to the tracking link sent to you via email at the time of dispatch. Ensure to check your junk/spam folder if you can't locate the email.

Our complimentary shipping offer is exclusively available to customers within the United Kingdom. If you require expedited delivery, we recommend selecting the DPD shipping option for a faster service.

What if I don't like it?

We accept returns for up to 60 days, providing the product has only been used for one or two sprays.

How similar are they to the originals?

Very! Our perfumes are crafted with an unwavering commitment to precision, utilizing advanced techniques and premium ingredients to achieve similarities to the original scents.

When will they arrive?

We ship orders on the same day they're placed. Orders received after 3pm, will be dispatched the following day. Typically orders are delivered within 1 - 3 working days.

How long do the perfumes last?

The longevity of each perfume is influenced by factors such as concentration and ingredient composition. Some of our perfumes last well beyond 24 hours on the skin, while others typcially last around 5 hours. In our commitment to delivering quality long lasting scents, we use up to 40% perfume concentration helping enhance the overall performance of our fragrances. 

Do they contain any allergens?

Some of our products contain allergens which may cause irritation to the skin. We have listed the ingredients on this page. We strictly conform to practices and standards set out in Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, which limit the use of allergens based on their safety profile.

Where are they made?

All of our products are made in The Scottish Borders, Scotland.

Please refer to individual product pages for a list of ingredients of the scents you've selected. The ingredients are also printed on the back of the perfume boxes.
