Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we have a 60-day return policy in place to ensure your peace of mind and confidence in our products. Please keep in mind that returns are only accepted for products which have had no more than 2 sprays to test. We cannot refund for any items that have been used any more than this. 

We offer a 60-day return or exchange policy, giving you ample time to request a return after receiving your item. Returns must be received within 60 days of the order purchase date. 

For your return to be eligible, the item must be in its original, unworn or unused condition, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if you encounter any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item. We'll promptly address the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items. Additionally, we don't accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you're unsure about whether your item qualifies for return, don't hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns for sale items, gift cards or 2ml atomisers.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Your item must meet the same conditions as outlined above.

Refunds: We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7 - 10 working days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
